Free Site Survey
We visit the property to assess each room, orientation, insulation and how the space is used.

System Recommendation
Based on room size and usage, we recommend appropriately sized equipment and unit positions.

Written Quotation
A clear, itemised quotation is provided before any work is booked in.

Installation & Handover
The system is installed, the pipework is pressure-tested for leaks, and the system is commissioned — the final testing and setting-up that confirms it is working correctly. We then explain the controls before we leave.
System Selection
Getting the Right System for Your Home
A single wall-mounted unit is often the right answer for one room; a small multi-split system may suit a home needing two or three rooms covered from a single outdoor condenser. The right choice depends on room size, insulation, orientation and where an outdoor unit can be sited — all of which we assess during your free survey rather than guessing from a floor plan.
Installation considerations
Every installation depends on suitable positions for indoor and outdoor units, sensible pipework routing, and a condensate drainage route. We’ll confirm all of this, and any building or listed-property considerations, during the survey.
Electrical supply
Air conditioning systems require a suitable, dedicated electrical supply. Confirming whether your property’s existing electrical installation can support the recommended system — or whether additional electrical work is needed — is part of the site survey, and is not something we assume in advance.
